1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how SAZ Sports LLP collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile application, sports facilities and related services. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect identification details, contact information, account credentials, booking history, payment transaction references (excluding full card details), sports preferences, coaching participation, Sports CV information, tournament participation, device and usage information, customer support communications, and any information voluntarily provided by you.
3. Information from Minors
Accounts for persons below 18 years shall be managed by a parent or lawful guardian. Where required, parental consent shall be obtained before collecting or processing a minor's personal information.
4. Purpose of Processing
We process information to create user accounts, manage bookings, process payments, provide coaching and tournaments, maintain Sports CVs, improve services, provide customer support, communicate operational updates, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and enhance platform security.
5. Legal Basis
Where applicable, processing is based on user consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legitimate interests and any other lawful basis recognised under applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Sharing of Information
Personal information may be shared with payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, SMS/email service providers, analytics providers, coaches, tournament organisers, logistics providers, legal advisers, auditors and government authorities where required by law. SAZ does not sell personal information.
7. Data Security
SAZ implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting and periodic security reviews. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Certain information may be retained after account deletion where required by law.
9. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, Users may request access, correction, updating or deletion of their personal information, withdraw consent where applicable and raise grievances regarding data processing.
10. Cookies & Analytics
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, security and service improvement. Users may manage browser cookie settings; however, certain features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
11. Cross-Border Processing
Where permitted by law, information may be processed using cloud infrastructure located outside India subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

SAZ may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions shall be published on the Platform with the revised effective date.
